POINTS TO CONSIDER AND SUBMISSION RULES DURING ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Abstracts must be submitted in TURKISH and ENGLISH through the abstract submission module. Abstracts sent via email or postal mail separately from the system will not be accepted. Abstracts submitted online will be printed as-is if accepted, so attention should be paid to spelling errors.

Abstract Acceptance/Rejection Notification: April 5, 2024

 

WRITING GUIDELINES

  • Academic titles should not be used in author names.
  • The abstract should be written using headings: purpose, methods, results, conclusion, and keywords.
  • The entire abstract, excluding the title, author's name, and surname, should not exceed 300 words.
  • Names should be written in all lowercase letters except for the first letter, which should be capitalized.
  • The names and addresses of the institutions where authors work must be specified.
  • Only the first letter of the abstract title should be capitalized. (Abbreviations are exceptions.)
  • If abbreviations are used in the abstract, the full name of the abbreviation should be provided in parentheses.
  • The purpose of the study and the methods used should be briefly stated in the abstract. Findings should be summarized with sufficient numerical details, and the conclusions should be explained within the framework of the presented results.

 

POINTS TO NOTE

  • If you are using the online abstract module for the first time, register in the system using the "New User" link.
  • Keep the confirmation messages that will be sent to your email address during the abstract submission process.
  • You can track the entire evaluation process of your submission using your email and password through the system.

 

PRESENTATION DETAILS

Based on the evaluation results, authors of abstracts accepted as posters will be requested to provide an E-Poster during the relevant period. Emails related to the topic will provide information about uploading E-Posters and other details. Posters will be displayed as E-Posters at a location determined by the organizing committee for the duration of the congress.
